Cut out floor boards in kitchen area (to agreed point, in line with fridge)
Tile kitchen floor area, tile to be confirmed
Tile splashback behind cooker, tile tbc
Tile / wood clad nook at dining nook area. Built in seat with padded back
Side table / coffee table to record area/turn furniture to face garden
